Falah Al-Sugheir Elected as President of the Syndicate of Advertising, Design, and Marketing Companies

The General Assembly of the Syndicate of Advertising, Design, and Marketing Agents has elected Mr. Falah Al-Sugheir as the new President of the Syndicate. The newly formed Board of Directors includes Mohammad Al-Nabulsi as Vice President, Zaid Nasser as Secretary General, Omar Al-Armouti as Treasurer, Anoud Al-Barqawi as Deputy Secretary General, and Saif Al-Khafash and Mohanad Al-Nsour as board members for the 2024–2028 term.

Al-Sugheir emphasized that the Syndicate will focus in the coming period on enhancing the role of the sector, which is considered a cornerstone of the national economy. He stressed the importance of supporting the professions under the Syndicate’s umbrella, including advertising, marketing services of all kinds, social media platform management, ad booking services, organizing conferences, exhibitions, and events, graphic design, and media and advertising consultancy.

He pointed out that these professions contribute to providing job opportunities for university graduates and enhance youth engagement, creating space for innovation and creativity within the sector.

Al-Sugheir highlighted that the Board of Directors includes a diverse group of local and regional experts, blending the deep experience of the older generation with the creative ideas of the younger one, thereby boosting the Syndicate’s ability to adopt development plans aligned with global trends.

He added that the Syndicate has developed an ambitious plan that includes drafting a professional Code of Ethics to organize work within the sector and protect it from illegal practices.

He noted that the Syndicate aims to support companies operating in this field, represent them before official authorities, and defend their rights, with a focus on supporting small businesses and young entrepreneurs.

Al-Sugheir also emphasized the importance of internal and external networking, pointing out that the Syndicate will work on opening new markets for Jordanian companies in the advertising sector, reinforcing Jordan’s position as a regional hub for this vital industry.

For its part, the Board of the Syndicate confirmed that collective efforts will be directed towards raising professional standards in the sector and protecting it from practices that hinder its development, ensuring a sustainable working environment that benefits all parties and supports the national economy.
