Joining the Syndicate

Membership Requirements

Companies and institutions eligible to join the Syndicate

The individual representing their company or institution must meet these conditions to be eligible for Syndicate membership

The institution and/or company must be Jordanian. Foreign companies registered with the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply are allowed to join the Syndicate.

Must have a good commercial reputation.

(3)

Must possess full legal capacity.

(4)

Must be at least 18 years old.

(5)

Must not have a final conviction for a felony or a misdemeanor violating public morals.

(6)

Must pay the fees and subscriptions prescribed under this system.

Regarding Membership Fees

Subscription and Renewal Fee Guidelines

Each member is required to pay an annual membership fee of 150 JOD, which is due immediately upon the approval of membership by the Syndicate.

The annual membership fee must be paid in the first quarter of each year, in accordance with the Syndicate’s regulations.

Members must renew their annual subscriptions on time.

Failure to renew the annual subscription for more than two years will result in the cancellation of membership and will require reapplying for admission.

Member Duties

A list of responsibilities members must uphold to maintain professionalism and mutual respect within the sector.

Respect the Syndicate and adhere to the provisions of its internal regulations.

Comply with the principles of professional honor and integrity, and preserve collegial relationships among members.

Abide by professional ethics, ensure quality and proficiency, and adhere to laws and regulations.

Ensure that their advertisements and promotional materials do not offend religious sentiments or conflict with public morals and order.

How to Apply

To apply for membership, fill out the application form and send it to the syndicate's official address. The Membership Admission Committee will review the application within a maximum period of one month. If no decision is issued within this period, the application is considered rejected. Applicants have the right to appeal to the council. Upon acceptance, the applicant is bound by the bylaws, regulations, and previous decisions of the syndicate.
